RETURN TERMS

CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

  1. When you place an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
  3. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of the product.
  4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers can terminate the contract.
  5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with any relevant documents, such as warranty certificates and user manuals, if applicable.
  6. If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation and refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
7. If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or if the payment is canceled in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product is terminated.

PURCHASES MADE USING UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE:
8. If it is determined after the product has been delivered that the buyer's payment was made using an unauthorized credit card and the payment is not made to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
9. If unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller's control arise and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order:

  • If the payment was made in cash, the refund will be made to the buyer in cash within 14 days of the cancellation.
  • If the payment was made by credit card and the order is canceled, the refund will be made to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation, but the bank may take 2-3 weeks to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
10. The buyer must inspect the product/service subject to the contract before accepting delivery. They must not accept damaged, broken, or defective goods/services with torn packaging from the shipping company. Goods/services accepted as delivered will be considered undamaged and in good condition. After delivery, the buyer must carefully protect the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used, and the invoice must be returned along with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
11. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date of the purchased product to the buyer or the person/organization designated at the address, by notifying the seller via the contact information provided below, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
13. If the product purchased is a service, this 14-day period begins from the date of signing the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service agreements where the service has started with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period has ended.
14. The shipping costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the buyer.
15. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period and ensure that the product has not been used in accordance with the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" provisions of this agreement.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
16. The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the buyer (if the invoice for the product to be returned was issued to a corporate entity, the return must be accompanied by a return invoice issued by the institution). Returns for orders invoiced to corporate entities cannot be completed without a return invoice.
17. The return form, the box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, and the product must be delivered complete and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
18. The seller is obligated to refund the total amount and return any documents that place the buyer under debt within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notification and to receive the product back within 20 days.
19. If the value of the goods decreases due to the buyer’s fault or the return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller for damages to the extent of their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deteriorations in the goods caused by proper use during the withdrawal period.
20. If the campaign limit amount set by the seller is exceeded due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used in the campaign will be canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
21. Products prepared upon the buyer’s request or explicitly tailored to personal needs, products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, underwear bottoms, swimwear bottoms, cosmetics, disposable products, products that are at risk of deterioration or whose expiration date is likely to expire, products that are not suitable for health and hygiene reasons once their packaging has been opened after delivery, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, and goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement, are not eligible for return. Similarly, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends.
22. Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and untested for return.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
23. If the buyer defaults on a credit card payment, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the bank and be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may initiate legal action, and the buyer will cover any arising costs and attorney fees. In any case, if the buyer defaults on their debt, they are responsible for compensating the seller’s losses and damages caused by the delayed performance of the debt.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:
24. Payment can be made via bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to one of our accounts in Akbank, Türkiye İş Bankası, Ziraat Bankası, or Finansbank (in TL).
25. You can use your credit cards online through our site for single payments or installment options. At the end of your order, the amount will be charged to your credit card.
